Lucky Buns Rabbitry Sales Policy
Please read our sales policy before asking to place a hold or purchase a rabbit from us. This policy protects us, you, and our bunnies. Thank you!

Health Guarantee:
Under no circumstances will we sell a rabbit that appears to be sick or have any health issues. All of our rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave our care.

Responsibility After Purchase:
Once the rabbit leaves our rabbitry, we cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise, as we cannot control what the rabbit is exposed to in its new environment.

There will be no refunds or replacements after the rabbit has left our care, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Rehoming Policy:
If your circumstances change and you can no longer keep the rabbit purchased from Lucky Buns Rabbitry, please reach out to us first before rehoming your bunny. We want to ensure the rabbit goes to a safe and loving home.

A small bag of food and hay
Care information
A 48-hour health guarantee

48-Hour Health Guarantee:
If your rabbit becomes sick or dies within 48 hours of purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or a replacement (if available).

You must notify us immediately by phone or email if this occurs.
After 48 hours, we are no longer responsible for any health issues, but we are happy to offer advice or assistance.

Holding Policy:
No rabbit will be held without a deposit. The deposit amount depends on the individual rabbit. Please note:

Deposits are nonrefundable.
Until a deposit is made, the rabbit will remain available for purchase.

Final Sale:
Once the rabbit is purchased, it is your responsibility to check its sex, type, or any specific expectations you may have before taking it home.

Medical Costs:
We are not responsible for any vet or medical bills incurred after the rabbit leaves our rabbitry.

Potential Additions:
Transportation Disclaimer (if you transport or ship rabbits):
We are not responsible for any stress, injuries, or health issues that may occur during transport. Please ensure proper care and handling if arranging transportation.

Breeding Rights (if relevant):
Unless otherwise stated, all rabbits are sold as pets only, without breeding rights. If you are interested in breeding, this must be discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.

Age Disclaimer:
"We will not sell rabbits under 8 weeks old to ensure they are fully weaned and healthy.
